Description
For a touch of the exotic, here's a fully hardy hibiscus with HUGE blooms. Bred in the UK for the UK climate, 'Big Hibiskiss' produces beautiful bicolour flowers that reach 18cm (7in) across! This is a truly fabulous shrub that'll add height and glorious colour to your garden borders and beds.

1 bare root hibiscus plant (KA2491)
1 x 9cm potted hibiscus plant (KA7706)
2 x 9cm potted hibiscus plants (KA9499)
2 bare root hibiscus plants (KA8956)

How to Grow
Grow Hibiscus on rich fertile, reliably moist, well drained soil, in full sun. When growing hibiscus plants in patio containers use a soil based compost, such as John Innes No.3.
More Info
Feed and water hibiscus regularly until fully established. Apply a dry mulch such as bark chips to the base if the plant in autumn to protect from winter cold. Prune hibiscus in late spring, removing any stems that have died back or been damaged over winter. Hibiscus are often one of the last shrubs in the garden to break bud, so be patient with plants that are slow to start into growth in spring - they may remain dormant until May!
