Description
Highly unusual aqua-blue flowers cover attractive blue-green, bronzed foliage in spring. ‘Porcelain Blue’ will flower profusely - first from April until June and then again in late summer-early autumn. This vigorous hardy perennial is a real favourite of bees and other pollinators and does not suffer from summer dormancy like some other varieties.

How to Grow
Pot up Corydalis plants into larger pots and grow them on in frost free conditions until they are well grown. Gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days before transplanting into borders and containers. Grow Corydalis in fertile, humus-rich, well drained soil in a sunny position or in dappled shade. Improve soil conditions by adding plenty of well-rotted manure or garden compost prior to planting.
More Info
Water Corydalis plants regularly until they are fully established. In spring, apply a mulch of chipped bark or well-rotted garden compost to the base of the plant to help retain moisture in the soil during the growing season. Overcrowded clumps of Corydalis may be divided in autumn or spring if necessary.
