How to Grow
Grow Blechnum in moist, humus-rich, acid soil. Choose a position in filtered, indirect light or deep shade. Blechnum brasiliense is hardy enough to be grown in most UK gardens, tolerating temperatures down to -5C (23F), but will appreciate a sheltered spot and some winter protection.
More Info
Water Brazilian Tree Ferns freely during growth, and moderately over the winter months. The fronds may scorch in a dry atmosphere. Mist fronds regularly to maintain high humidity.
